This section allows you to select the users you want to include in the application. These are the users you want to be visible in the application, for example pending users who have not logged into Teamsy yet, or inactive users. Users from all of the categories you select will be visible in the application.

Here you can also manage visibility of Overall Performance Score within Assessments. The "Hide Overall Performance Score" feature allows you to hide the overall performance rating from employees during assessments. This can contribute that the assessment process focuses on detailed feedback rather than the final score.

How It Works:

• When this option is enabled by the admin, employees will only see the assessment questions and the answers provided by their reviewers. The overall performance score, including ratings "Below Expectations," "Needs Improvement," "Meets Expectations," "Above Expectations," and "Far Exceeds Expectations," will be hidden from them.

• Reviewers must still provide an overall performance score, but this score will only be visible to them and system administrators.

• The hidden overall performance score will be stored in the system for use in Analytics and reporting, though it will not be shown to employees.
