Navigating Goals

• Personal Goals: Under the "Mine" tab, view and monitor the progress of your personal goals. These goals are accessible to you and your direct managers, maintaining privacy while ensuring supervisory insight.

• Team Goals: The "Team" tab offers a comprehensive view of goals set for teams you're part of, with all team members having visibility to foster collective effort and accountability.

• Organizational Goals: Explore broader objectives under the "Organizational" tab, where goals on organizational level are listed.
