The 'Feedbacks' module in Teamsy is an integral component of the Performance Management tool, facilitating a culture of open and constructive feedback within the organization. This module allows for seamless exchange of feedback among colleagues, enhancing personal and professional development.

Feedback Navigation and Options

  • All Feedbacks: Access a comprehensive view of all feedback related to you under the "All" tab. This includes feedback received and given, with visibility (all users who can see specific feedback). You can also delete feedback.

  • Received and Given Tabs: Filter feedback to view those you've received under the "Received" tab and those you've given under the "Given" tab. Feedback visibility extends to your superiors and the involved parties along with their superiors. Engage with feedback by entering the specific feedback page and liking or commenting, providing a platform for discussion and further reflection.

  • Request and External Requests Tabs: Filter feedback to see all the requests you received or sent. Manage requests by cancelling them, sending nudge as a reminder for someone to provide feedback or opting out if someone requested feedback from you, but for some reason you can't provide it. In this case you need to state the reason for opting out.
