Initiating feedback is straightforward in Teamsy. Users can select a colleague to provide feedback to, articulate their thoughts, and link the feedback to specific competencies. This process helps in highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, making the feedback actionable and relevant.
Initiating Feedback: Click "Give Feedback" to start the process. Select the colleague you wish to provide feedback to and express your thoughts clearly in the designated section.
Competence Alignment: Link the feedback to specific competencies, indicating if it's positive (highlighting strengths) or constructive (identifying areas for improvement) along with the current competence level. Competences that are listed here are set by system administrator in Settings. See more about this at Settings/Competencies.
Visibility: Before submitting, an icon will indicate who will be able to view the feedback, ensuring transparency and privacy.
