Select the colleague you wish to provide feedback to and express your thoughts clearly in the designated section.</li><li>Competence Alignment: Link the feedback to specific competencies, indicating if it's positive (highlighting strengths) or constructive (identifying areas for improvement) along with the current competence level. Competences that are listed here are set by system administrator in Settings.
