It offers a comprehensive view of goal fulfilment rates, identifying goals that are overdue or still underway, and highlights team members who have yet to define their goals. This functionality is essential for maintaining transparency and fostering a culture of accountability within the organization.

Organizational Goals

This feature allows you to gather insight the overall direction and progress of organizational goals, offering insights into their status and completion rates.

Customize your view of organizational goals using filters for different time periods, including all-time, the last 30 days, the last 3 months, or the last 6 months. This feature allows for a tailored analysis based on specific timeframes, helping to identify trends and patterns over time.

• Total Organzational Goals: View the total number of organizational goals that have been set, giving you a snapshot of the collective ambitions of the organization.

• Goals in Progress: Monitor the number and percentage of goals currently underway, allowing you to understand the active efforts and initiatives within the organization.

• Completed Goals: Track the number and percentage of goals that have been successfully achieved, providing a sense of accomplishment and the effectiveness of organizational strategies.

• Overdue Goals: Identify goals that have surpassed their expected completion dates, highlighting areas that may require re-evaluation or additional support.

Team Goals

This feature provides a detailed view of the goals set by various teams across the organization and it enables you to assess the collective efforts of teams and their progress.

Customize your view of team goals using filters for different time periods, including all-time, the last 30 days, the last 3 months, or the last 6 months. This feature allows for a tailored analysis based on specific timeframes, helping to identify trends and patterns over time.

• Total Team Goals: Get an overview of the total number of goals set by all teams within the company, offering a perspective on the collective team targets being pursued.

• Goals in Progress: Monitor the number and percentage of goals currently in progress, giving insight into the active engagements and initiatives teams are working on.

• Completed Goals: View the number and percentage of goals that have been completed, highlighting the effectiveness and efficiency of team efforts.

• Overdue Goals: Identify the number and percentage of overdue goals, pinpointing areas where teams might be facing challenges or delays.

  

• Top Performing Teams: Recognize teams with the highest goal completion rates, showcasing exemplary performance and contribution to organizational goals.

• Low Performing Teams: Identify teams with lower goal completion rates, which may need additional support, resources, or strategy adjustments to enhance their performance.

  

• Use the "Show All Data" option to access a more detailed view of Team Goals. This section displays a list of all teams, along with their total goals, and the number and percentage of goals in progress, completed, and overdue. In this way, you can also see if there are any teams without set goals.

  

• For a closer look at a specific team's performance, click on a team to open its dedicated Team Page. Here, you can explore detailed information about their goals, progress, and overall performance metrics.
