Teamsy's Analytics module offers insights into assessment performance, tracking how individuals and teams are performing over time. This feature aids in identifying trends, high performers, and areas needing improvement.

• Performance Tracking: Utilize this feature to understand how teams and individuals are performing, identify high performers and areas needing improvement. Use option 'See More' to access data on top and low-performing teams, with the option to delve deeper into each team's member performance for targeted analysis and support.

  

• Trend Analysis: By examining performance scores over time, you can notice patterns and trends, enabling proactive management and strategic planning. This feature synthesizes data from multiple assessment cycles to provide a comprehensive view of performance trends. This median score offers a clear, unbiased representation of the overall performance trend, helping you to see beyond individual outliers and focus on the broader performance trajectory. Filter by Assessment Cycles, select last 3, 6 or 12 cycles you want to see.

  

• Detailed Performance Breakdown: For a more detailed analysis, "Performance Score Through Time (by Overall Performance Score)" delves into the specifics of each assessment cycle. It categorizes participants' scores into overall performance levels. This categorization allows for an in-depth understanding of how many participants are performing relative to the set standards in each cycle. Filter by Assessment Cycles, select last 3, 6 or 12 cycles you want to see.
