Adding and Importing Users

Manual Addition

  • Add users one by one by entering their details manually, allowing for precise control over each new account created. Here you can add new joiners once they join the company. Fill in user information and click 'Add User'. This method can be convenient when adding new joiners.

CSV Import

  • For bulk user additions, navigate to the 'Import' option in the upper right corner of the screen and select 'From CSV File'. Download the example file provided by Teamsy to use as a template. This ensures that user data is formatted correctly for the system.

  • Fill in user details in the template and upload it back to Teamsy to import multiple users simultaneously. Be careful when entering information and follow the exact provided template structure for precise upload.

BambooHR Integration

  • If your organization uses BambooHR, you can streamline the user import process by integrating user data directly from BambooHR into Teamsy.
